Hello all, I’m currently doing a rebuild on my defender 90 following a chassis replacement. I got the replacement chassis from Richards and it came with a gearbox cross member which was separate to the chassis. When I offer the cross member up to the chassis it looks as though it’s about 1cm too...

Chassis painted, next up, axles on with all new bushings etc.

Thanks for your response. The two things I’m worried about on this is the alignment of the bulkhead and reconnecting all the wiring. I’ve labelled the wires up but it still worries me! What is the procedure for alignment of the bulkhead?

Hello all, just wanted to post some photos of my chassis change on my 90 CSW. Any help and advice is welcomed, this is the first time I’ve done this!

Mine started out as a panel can and was then converted to a CSW. I’m presuming this means it’s a Coniston.
