Just for anyone who may be interested, the fault on the suspension turned out to be the drive pack ! I have changed this and all now seems fine, oh and yes I checked the diaphram and i had put it in the right way !! cheers all for your advice

Yes the drive pack might be an issue as you say, anyway they can be tested ? No i didnt put the valve block back together wrong, I spent many years working on hydraulics so am quite fussy about stuff like that ;) will get under this weekend and get the sensors off as well to check the...

yes a local dealer has told me to check the height sensor conections, its had air springs all round and i rebuilt the valve block with new seals and diaphram etc and exhaust valve, I had wonderd about the drive pack myself, what i dont get is when it goes up why it wont come back down sometimes...

ok I fitted a new 105ah battery today, my local auto electrician said leave the car for half an hour with the battery off then put the new one on and it will sometimes then re-syncronise from the key fob anyway thats what i did and it fired straight up ;) Now i have just got to sort the air...
