Thanks Freelance for interest - tried Rimmers but they can't supply one either. But I've made one now, just got to get the hole size right, it looks around 2mm diameter in the parts book. I know, not perhaps a reliable reference but I need to start somewhere :)

Suggest you look at the Bresco company, they have lots of different automotive fasteners/clips. I used some of their door clips for fitting my new Exmoor Trim door cards in my 109".

Guess you'll need to run a thread die down that shock's thread otherwise you'll just ruin a new nut for sure. Possibly use two ordinary nuts (helps lock them together) as end of thread looks stronger. Also suggest adding a spire lock washer as I doubt a lock nut would hold on the worst part of...

Hi John, Meant to add that rear mounted pumps are vulnerable to lots of mud and dirt being thrown at them so a shield of some sorts helps to keep them clean - don't forget they have a filter on the base and a line filter was fitted to the original arrangement I believe. Hope this helps.
