Im thinking I want to keep my original army green paint but just get it resprayed the same colour all over. Alternatively do I wrap the top half in camo green and just respray the lower half. I need help to decide.....any ideas welcome.

Whats the best oil for the r380 gearbox on the defender.

Is mtf95 best choice for using to replace the old oil.

This has just started happening so I want to sort it asap.

Reverse is down and to the right, does that sound familiar with the r380 gear box.

To be honest I'm not sure. It's a 2003 td5.

Reverse gear is only sticky when cold and takes a few attempts to engage gear. What causes this and what's the fix.

I'm for a ticket to this, my two daughters are 6 and 10 and love all land rovers.

I've a defender 90 td5 2003. What diff oil do I use when doing the change, current stuff is like milk so It needs doing.

I've taken the nut of the thread but cant figure out what I need to do next to remove the wiper arm. What's the next step as it's beginning to become frustrating. The arm is stuck solid so I'm wondering if there's something I need to release further.
