Have a problem with centre console seem to remember needing to sync key to make it work a couple of years ago but cant remember what i had to do. HELP !!!!

The car was s/hand many probs before i bought.For me 2 split bags, compressor changed ride height whe it felt like it. In Spain R.Rover dealers are very rare.Bought for workhorse towing etc

Thats exactly as i thought Spanish seem to make it up as they go along. been back to test centre to discuss and the tester "thinks" its illegal to do it so no ITV (MOT). Now waiting for Land Rover Spain to speak up

I´m based in Spain and have a RR P38. Changed the suspension after too many expensive problems. Took it for an ITV (MOT) they say its illegal & i now need a letter from Land Rover to say no it isn´t.Is this the case in U.K.I also need technical spec of parts and certificate from garage fully...
