thanks, yes I am waiting on a fusebox then that will be done.
I will trace the wiring back from the sensor on the top of the manifold, I am not sure where it gets bundled within the loom but will go as far as I can.
Thanks again.

Bit of an update and it is worth noting I had another post about indicators/hazards not working and a strange emblem in bottom left of mileometer LCD......no idea if this is all related. I have now got that emblem and no central locking or remote locking! The alarm/imobiliser by the way I had...

Thanks, I will get some live data readings and come back over the coming days and post back. My reference to the boost gauge reading was for two reasons. First to show it has boost and if there is a leak it is only small but secondly the boost has dropped to where you say the limited amount in...

Thanks to you both, the 18-19 psi I had set previously when working on the truck. Strangely the lower 15 psi boost has only manifested SINCE changing the sensor on the manifold. I may put back the old one I took out to see what happens.
I only removed it because I had the over pressure code all...

I understand that explanation thanks........but driving it does hold steady boost

Thanks, truck is baing a pain at the moment! had it 16 years so know it well.
I replaced the sensor in the top of the inlet manifold held in with two bolts.
I did look at Haykeye live data before I posted......it confused me (does not take much on modern c
ecu type cars !!) as it seemed to be...

I have a constant fault on the Hawkeye...clear it, start it and even just run on drive the code reappears.
3030 manifold pressure.
Any ideas, I have put a new sensor in and just the same.
If it has any bearing....EGR removed long ago

Thank, on the hunt for a fuse box now!

So I have looked at both fuse box and the BCU...wiggled all plugs and see no sign of water/corrosion though she has been a bit damp in past few weeks in rubbish weather and lack of use!
The fault remains intermittent, so fuse box replacement is fist call.
The plugs look horrid to get to on the...

Thanks, I may first try cleaning up all connections.....I did in the past have water leaks down both sides of the bulkhead. This problem has manifested after it was left standing for 4 weeks after the mot and weather is so damp and minging the truck is very condensed inside. Then as you say if...

Thanks sierrafery. It is indeed that sign and very intermittent. Went out today not working, came back fine. I will look at your link to see where to start.

I have an intermittent on the D2. I only notice loss of indicators and hazards at the same time.
When they are not working a small flashing rectangle type sign comes up in the bottom left corner of the LCD displaying the trip and total miles.
Handbook says nothing !
Nobody spoken to yet seen...

looking zt gearbox shape I really think it would just end up in the bottom out the way, I feel sure it must be common anjd there are many in the bottom of gearboxes...the clip can only drop in if that plastic bushing fails!
