I have a 2002 P38 Vogue and have managed to get hold of new Land Rover manufactured seat covers the seats are fully electric including the headrests of which also have monitors in the headrests, how do I get the headrests off without dismantling the entire seat?

Hi all I have managed to buy a set of new Range Rover p38 seat covers for my 2002 vogue p38 I can't see how to take the headrests out and just to complecate matters further they have monitors in them and are electric seats etc
