One of the tings I love about embarking on something like this is the things you can learn. I should be working, but much more fun reading up on the Series III ;-)

Just doing research on parts and thru a reg check, see it's actually a 1976 LAND ROVER SERIES III. Shows how much I know eh?! Always assumed it was a Defender.

Hello. My Dad has his Dad's old Landy. Its a short wheel base 1976 Defender, with bunk seating in the back, traditional green and cream colour. About 36k on the clock and was only ever used for short trips. Sadly it's not been used much the last few years and is in need of some TLC. It runs ok...
