Hi all having problems starting p38 2.5 d from cold. I have fitted a new set of glow plugs thinking this was the problem, i used NGK's nothing has changed. I have had a tester on the plugs to make sure its not the relay they come on for about 15 sec, so thats fine. Once started it runs fine all day with no problems stop and start. Starts every time, then it gets left over night and the same again the next morning. I have noticed a slight leak from injector 1 when running so i am going to take out 2moro and re seal with new copper washer. I have also noticed air bubbles in the clear fuel pipe that comes out of fuel filter but once it has started these are gone is this normal? Any help would be nice as i go away in it in 3 wk and dont want this problem every morning.
