Hi all Wondering if anyone has or knows of the correct way to wire in an ignition switch and start button formy 110 project - Rover V8 carbed. Fuel pump is already in place with a switch so all i want it to do is 'arm' with the ignition switch on and start when the button pressed in (no keys)...

so it is just the cable that controls the 'kickown' then :) good news i will be messing around with setting this up with the throttle cable linkage - trial and error will most likely be the way forward :) many thanks for all you help :) ross

hi yes there is a breather off the box - 'u' shaped hooked end... is it possible that it is just the cable that activates the kickdown? ps - reason for carbs - less wires - lovely sound - less to get wet and go wrong :)
