i have just removed the pump to find my problem! a piece of metal the size of a stack of 8 5p pieces with a hole in the centre. it looks like it may be part of an old pump shaft. i think this thing has been in the water system somewhere and jams up the impeller causing it to drop off the shaft...

yes i agree its cost me more in 2 **** pumps than this unit there right what they say buy cheap buy twice rofl

hi guys upon further inspection the problem dont seem to be mechanical the tc licht comes on and brakes the car at 30mph when taking a fuse out for the abs to bring up the three amigos it is fine but once it goes back in the problem is back. has anyone had this before?
