Yes I had to to remove the clutch housing to change the cylinder

So I am having a few issues with my '89 Defender's Clutch, I depress the pedal and it springs down after replacing the master cylinder and the clutch still doesn't disengage, attempted to bleed the system but still no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated!
