You need to push gently down on the part of the pin you can see , while doing this you will need to pull gently on the wire at the same time. the pins profile is a bit like a barb on a fishing hook - it is this barb part you need to push down, Good luck. T

Well ended up replacing the High Pressure Fuel Pump, I knew it was leaking but seemed a lot worse after changing the Fuel Rail Sensor. Car is running better than ever. Thank you to everyone that helped. T

It is a easy job to do - but please read the instructions carefully - I messed up and it took my wife to spot the deliberate mistake. Ok found main problem - I have been working on the wrong plug, rewired in new harness to correct plug, eml gone out on tickover car starts fine, but eml comes on under load and lack of power. So now I need to find out the correct wiring for the plug I rewired yesterday? T

Just changed the harness on my Td4 - but my connection blocks are numbered 1 - 12 Not 13 in a row and no 30 etc. Am I missing something or does a later Td4 (2005) have a different harness or connecting blocks, Wire colours on my car are different as well. Help please

Just bought my first Freelander (2005 Td4) - Fantastic to drive, but have a noticed oil/diesel dripping from under car, when I checked under the bonnet it appears the oil is coming from the Intercooler pipe top p/s side. the oil is all over the side of the battery - any one have any ideas.
