You have now found out that you need to pick your words very carefully on here to avoid this childish behavior in the future.:D:welcome2:
-
:welcome2: After 22 years of Land Rover ownership you must be quite nuts, so you should fit right in around here.:D

Remove the thermostat and try it without one in, if it's still the same it could be your water pump. I've had the impeller shear off so it looks fine but is moving no water.
On a worst case if it's a 4.6 it could be the block but hopefully it's not.

I'm going to give it a try, as long as my RRC doesn't have different idea's. I guess I better change my twisted rear shaft before then.

Iv'e not seen anything about that one either, but like Joe said when you find out more let us know as Its not far from me so I would be willing to give it a go. Cheers

-
Defender = Expensive but excellent off road but not that comfy.
Gaylander = Gay
I would go for a Discovery 200/300tdi as you get lots of car for the money and they are very good off road, and very comfy on road.
Ps :welcome2:

I bought my RRC off a spondon member so you've probably seen it before, anyway I will be going on sunday so I might see you there. What will you be in?

Well it's now running great. I thought it was running to well when the revs picked up to be timing so I took DefenderOffender's advice and turned the diaphragm 90 degrees and returned the smoke adjustment screw back to stock and turned it in one turn. I can't believe the difference, it now has...
