Am attempting to change my fuel regilator on my td5 ...... Drip drip drip .......

On a similar issue. I just installed my egr removal kit. Mine is a defender td5 2004 having a egr cooler. I managed the whole job but I have 1 question . I have 2 small vacuum pipes . Do i need to block them.?

Thanks shifty . By any chance do you have a photo of an aerial view so that I can see which area of the floor the access is ? Is left side " passenger side"?

does anybody know how to change a fuel pump on a 2004 defender 90 without removing the tank. Do any defenders have an access hatch? OR did anybody make an access hatch that would like to give me details of location etc.. pictures or sketches would be great. seems like my fuel tank is at the back...

guys , removed harness and cleaned plugs and injectors..but...same again...4 piston engine... i went to local dealer for an oem harness and was out of stock.... went back home and removed the britpart harness and put back my old one...... works perfect..:whoosh: thanks for all the help guys:high5:

The mk5 r32 is a fantastic car . The build quality is very very good . "But" dont expect amazing performance out of it . It is a heavy car with a heavy v6 in the front plus 4x4 so it "will" understeer when pushed around tight corners . Also, suspension is a bit soft but then again it makes it...

i didnt actually remove and open the ecu(mounted below driver seat). i just cleaned the connectors with brake cleaner and left to dry. then i applied some elctric cleaner and plugged it in. I will open up again and clean the injector sockets however, its strange as it was fine before i did all...
