Make sure that someone hasn't looped out the BT module. These cars can suffer water ingress in the boot and some of the modules get soaked and fail, some just fail. When they do it takes out the whole MOST bus and nothing works so a common fix...

A bit more detail here so at least you'll know where to have a quick look and see if it's disconnected. Unit No.7 is the telephone module according to this diagram: I've attached the full doc too.

Mine doesn't have a dipstick. Stupid idea! Dipsticks don't break or wear out, like sensors do so it's a good job the oil level isn't important
