    HI EVERYONE. P38 DIED AT ROADSIDE ,WILL START AND TICK OVER BUT WONT RUN ABOVE ABOUT 1200 RPM AND SMOKES IF YOU TRY AND REV IT. PLUGGED IN AND METER SAID BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR WHICH I HAVE REPLACED NOW METER SAYS FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR WHICH WE THINK IS PART OF INJECTION PUMP IS THIS INFO...
