Yeah I replaced thhe seal in the filter, when the engine is running there's a constant drip coming from the filter/block so it's defo coming from there, it has 2 bolts that I have to take off that connects to the block, it's that gasket/seal I need

I've done a mini service on my 1980 series 3 as there was an oil leak which I thought was coming from the oil filter so I replaced it with a new one and put fresh oil in but the leaks still there but not from the filter, it's coming from the filter head if that's what it's called?? It's the...

How long does the cling film stay on for? Just until there free, or shall I leave it on to wear away itself?

I'm a new series 3 owner the 1980 88 model, it needs some restoration on it I'm just wondering.., I've looked at the leaf springs and they have all stuck together as 1 unit now so there not moving together , is there a replacement I could use instead ? Or any way to free them off with some sort...

It had a wire off but can't seem to find where it came off, it was one of the two smaller wires?

Is there a way to clean it ?
