mine has plugs on the sensors so thats good if it does it again soon i will swap them over see if that helps thanks for the help guys

my car is reg 1997 but how can i tell if its a 1996 spec is there anything easy to tell them apart this is the second time in a couple of weeks its done it same fault came up

hi guys just a quick question car was down on its stops this morn but pumped up fairly quick so stuck the reader on and it came up with RL signal incorrect does this mean it needs a rear left height sensor or something different oh and vehicle has moved as well thanks Paul

today was a good day car went in for its MOT and passed without any advisory s

well we wont be going off road in ours i have a proper off roader a suzuki sj with a 1,9td motor in it this runs rings around land/range rovers offroad lol we know range rovers are bloody expensive to run at about 19MPG but we have it for our disabled son so we can drop it to the floor for him...

i will have a look tonight make sure it has the cooler and see if its been moved over and in the airstream and go from there not really bothered about them working not needed them in the 6 months we had it just seamed a shame for them to be on but not work paul

thanks is it just a case of getting it to the dealers to turn them on need to find a independent with the tool maybe they can sort my remote locking out as well

thats strange the lights look proper and they have wires going to them that look to go into the car harness with proper plugs on the end for the bulbs also the switch panel looks rite with the front fog switch next to the rear fog switch will take some pics later when i get home

its a 1997 diesel auto why does that make a difference and i dont think they have worked while we have had it

hi guys the front fogs dont work on our car the switch lights up but no lights i have tested the bulbs by plugging the bulbs into the main beams and bulbs are good any ideas where to look first i tried the fuse and its good also thanks Paul

on mine it was just 1 of the plugs maybe good idea to test them before just changing a 2 quid fuse for it to blow again instantly. i tested mine by removing them and putting onto a battery 5 glowed red on the tips the last one just sparked

the big i think 40 or 50 amp one next to the heater plug relay near the fuse box

on mine one of the plugs had shorted out internally and blew the fuse fitted 6 new ones to be sure and a new fuse and perfect

will have to get round to putting the disc in and downloading rave methinks

hi guys while working on the car today i notice a couple of brake pipes looking rusty so going to change them . now is it a straight forward job as any other car or does the p38 have any secrets and odd ways to bleed etc thanks Paul
