From what I've read about running on PVO this is a problem you will always get as that waxy build up is glyserine, and the only way to aviod this is to purify the PVO first, basicly turning the PVO into bio diesel.

Thanks for the suggestion but 'ave tried all that and it all seems to be OK. 'Ave even done a Continuity test from fuse to motor plug, 'n' eyeballed all t' wiring I can actually get to to eyeball.......NOWT....... 'Ave scratched mi 'ead so much mi fingers are full of splinters 'n' mi shiny...
