I ended up taking out the entire dash ( not as hard as i thought ) and drilling out the head of the screw to get it off. I then had to pull the 2 aluminium pipes throught to get the clamp in a vice to get the remainder of the screw out. I then replaced it with a M8 hex head bolt. The...

The latest on this is i cannot get the screw undone as it is REALLY tight, I'm concerned i'm going to round off the head if i go mad with it. dont suppose anyone has any tips to get it undone?? Thanks :confused::confused::confused::confused:

Hi All I am attempting replacing the dreaded Heater matrix O ring's and have a question, when the screw is undone on the clamp do the aluminium pipes simply pull out of the manifold toward the front of the car? If this is the case then i think i have done most of the hard work actually...
