1)radiator
2)thermostat
3)all hoses
4)header tank cap
5) thermostat control sensor
also went in and out of garages for head casket test ,diagnostic checks on autologic ,,,water pump, aircon checks etc etc etc all to no avail driving me insane ??????? and costing a small fortune then by chance i found the problem !!!!! just give me a quick ring you never know it might have same problem its got to be worth a quick call cheers mozz ,
