P38A What did P38 production end?

My Vogue SE has a build date of 11th November 2001 and registration date of 31st Jan 02. I think they struggled to shift them once the L322 became available.

    P38A Finding that strange sound

ERR6733 for the manifold gasket (2 per head) ESR3260 for the downpipe gasket (1 per side) Take the extra 10 mins to pop the wing liner off. Makes access to the shield bolts, as well as manifold bolts, easier.

    P38A Finding that strange sound

Head gaskets don't have to go into a waterway or oilway. They can just blow straight between pots or direct to the outside world either into valley or below exhaust. They then just chuff, in a very similar way to yours. Here's one I blew earlier- nowhere near a waterway or oilway, just chuffed

    P38A Finding that strange sound

I'll go for the favourite, just 'cos nobody else has Head Gasket Compression test the pots nearest the noise, or a quick leak-down will confirm

    ABS Pump & TC light

As the problem started when you replaced the fuse box and relay then either the fuse box and/ or relay are defective, or there's a defective connection to/ from the fuse box.

P38a brake 'failure' with a happy ending!

PR2 is the labelling Allmakes used to use use on their best stuff. A bit like some of the shocks are branded Bearmach, but have BOGE as the manufacturer, the same probably applies to Allmakes, Eurospare or whatever. Until you know for sure, talk to BritCar. They will be happy to confirm or deny...

P38a brake 'failure' with a happy ending!

Whatever you do, don't buy the Britpart ones advertised as OEM. They're not and are rubbish! Cheapest source for Boges used to be (and I'll whisper it) Island at around £24 + vat, but they don't have them at the moment. Brit Car have Boges available.

@martyuk might know details of voltage etc. Surface mount LEDs- usually fairly generic. RS Components are a good bet

    P38 Alarm Control Module issues.

Assuming you mean RF receiver for the fob, YWY500170 Gen 3 is actually £300. There are other ways to address the RF interference problem which is keeping your BECM awake and flattening the battery. Unplugging the blue aerial wire, reduces the fob range, but decreases the sensitivity of the...
