Sorted . Thanks for your help . It was dirt in the pipe. If I hadnt asked the question I would have been underneath taking off the tank. Thanks for the advice, saved me a lot of work.

I have recently purchased a series 3 . Firstly I couldnt get any fuel to the carb. I thought it was the pump and replaced it..only to find that there dosnt seem to be ant fuel coming from the tank? at least when i drop the pipe down not a drop trickles out even though I know there are a few...
