hi all can any one help, i got my central locking sorted out now by putting a second hand alarm ecu with two matching fobs in. prob is now if i open the door with the key the alarm sounds and i have to use the key fob to lock and then unlock the doors, is this correct also how do i disarm...

yes tried that but no good, but should'ent the central locking work on the key as well cheers

hi all any ideas on central locking prob will not work at all, have to use keys to lock\unlock front and back doors, alarm arms with drivers door key, but c\l is totaly dead fuses appear to be ok cheers nm

cheers hughesy just cheeked and the top hose has a big hole in it, looks like the blades on the altinator has been catching, is'ent much space between them, should have cheeked first but i always think the worst nowing my luck thanks again nm

hi all ive got a 200tdi in my disco with larger intercooler fitted and the boost on the turbo has been turned up. but recently in have noticed that the whineing, whooshing noise is getting louder starting at about 1500 rpm to a screach at about 3000 rpm, i have always been able to hear it but...

hi i too look on my dico 1 as a proper landy and wouldent change it for nout, but is it true the disco was looked upon as not a real landy until the introduction of the freelander?

hi i think i am going to have to replace the injector pump on my 200 tdi and would like to know if any pump for this engine will fit. ie a disco or a defender 200tdi pump, also i would like to fit a bosch. is this a straight swap as i dont think its a bosch thats fitted at present. thanks nm

hi biglad the disco is a m reg 1994 which was originaly fitted with a v8 but was replaced with a 200 tdi so would it have the sedimenter on it cheers nm
