Thanks for replies folks, we were suspecting bank 2 o2 sensor, but its good to get other peoples thoughts.
the breakdown was i believe the crank sensor as it just died and the gearbox logged a missing engine rpm input.
changed the sensor this morning...
After last weeks breakdown, we recorded the following fueling data, this was parked up though just idling and revving the engine upto 2000 revs....

Well that might be, there's the little rubber o ring seal under the metal spring tang, if you replaced that, the screw might have worked loose?

we broke one breaker bar doing ours, found this vid on youtube:
we used the proper tool doing ours, needed about 4 tons on the press to break the old ones out and about same pushing new ones in.
And now done other side, mr angle grinder had to help on drivers side though, no way were the bolts coming out.
Started on replacing the front radius arm bushes, one side done, other side tomorrow.
