  • Hi ALL, NEW TO THIS, THAT IS I'VE NEVER POSTED A QUESTION B4 BUT HAVE BEEN READING THEM & THE ANSWERS FOR A WEE WHILE NOW.
    1st I HAVE A P38 MANUAL DIESEL WITH THE 2.5 BMW, IT'S MAXIMUM REVS IS 2700.
    HAVE CLEANED OUT THE TANK (about 3mm of what I could only describe as caramel) IN THE BOTTOM OF IT.
    HAVE CHANGED FUEL-OIL-AIR FILTERS & ALSO GIVEN IT AN OIL CHANGE.
    INTER-COOLER IS CLEAN & CLEAR TURBO IS AS IT SHOULD BE.
    NEXT JOB (this W/End) IS TO CHECK INJECTORS AS I'M ALSO GETTING BLUE-WHITE SMOKE & I SUSPECT UN BURNT FUEL.
    HAS ANY ONE GOT ANY OTHER IDEAS AS TO WHAT I CAN TRY IF THE INJECTORS TURN OUT TO BE OK.
    2nd THING IS THAT THE AIR SUSPENSION CONSTANTLY ON EVEN WITH THE KEYS OUT OF THE IGNITION, SO MUCH SO THAT THE WIFE HAS JUST BEEN OUTSIDE & COME BACK IN TO INFORM ME THAT THE LANDROVER JUST MOVED ON IT'S OWN WITH NOBODY NEAR IT (as you can imagine she was scared sh****ss).
    ANY HELP WOULD BE MOST WELCOME.
