Hi Mate , its was ok the reason why i asked was the tech guy i know is in the midlands and if you had been close to his he might have been able to have a look? i was reading back though the feed you put on and my car never showed any faults or problems on the dash or on the pc when it was plugged in, these as you know are very complex cars and 95% of the car is comp controled, the gearbox wont show any faults until it stops compleatly this is what happened to mine, i really hope its something simple but knowing landrovers like i do now on my 3rd its not going to be. i had to sell mine in the end, have you got a warrenty on the car? if you have it might be a good idea to check that the gearbox is covered? steve
