Did it. First used a bit of the bumper I didn't need anymore to practice. Like Nigel-S says: keep moving because it melts quickly. All in all not a difficult job and a new nice face to look at :)

Fuel cooler leaking?

The ones around the body. Tried to re-use the old clips, but lost my patience getting them back on. With jubilee clips it was a less than a minute job. The one on the coolant pipe isn't difficult, use some pliers to squeeze it a little and the end cap goes off or on. For info: could be...

Very easy if you follow this link. Did mine (front and back seal) almost a year ago and still leak free. Don't fiddle with the old clips, jubilee clips is the way to go ;)

Got myself a nanocom a few weeks ago and this was the first thing I did. (after immobiliser problems due to interference, scared the sh*t out of the old lady next door every time the alarm went off, trying to get in and start the car :D)
