    Hi all, I have a 1990 90 with a 2.5td 19j engine. The diesel pump is leaking out of the spindle so needs to come off. Is it possible to take the pump off without taking the front cover off? I see there is a kit available for the 200 and 300tdi engines to lock the pulley. I can't find anywhere...

    Hi Could someone confirm the fuel flow on the TD4. Am I right thinking its in this order: Pipe to Sedimenter - pipe to pump - pipe to filter - etc pump an filter assembly has been remove without taking a note of the pipe that wrre disconnecte. School boy error I know :-( Cheers

    Ha Ha a picture makes it so much easier. Thank you. Now I can see you're right, the two hoses I was referring to are the lighter grey ones in the picture. If they are cable carriers I wonder why one of them is covered in a black thick oily mixture. Where could it come from? Mr plow
