I'm in a pickle to say the least.... Love my Disco and do not want to part with it. All off road goodies fitted and 100% reliable but the fuel costs are too heavy. I have a complete TDi engine and gearbox on standby or do I lpg? Heard horror stories of valves burning out quicky. Had a TD5 before...

Sorry meant imput shaft..... v tired today. Could I not use the V8 clutch or is that compleately out? Thanks

Just a short one to ask if any one has done this and can help me avoid a pitfall !! I love the V8 but i have a nicely rebuilt 200 Tdi ready to go in. My Disco is a manual. wiring and plumbing I can handle but what will i need to mate the engine to gearbox? Im assuming the output shaft on the v8...
