i have just spoken to him. he has told me that he can reset it again no prob. tomorrow i am planning on removing ALL of the parts in the cubby and inspecting the amp completely. I will update on my findings. :)

Ok I have managed to locate the amp! But only with the eye as its so far under & behind that pile of equipment shown on the pic. I can read a part description saying Harman kardon logic 7 aud 4l xqk500105 This has to be the amp right? And typically it is screwed right into the base of this...
