are you 100% sure the timing is spot on i have had seen faults along these lines when its been slightly out

changed the clutch, diff mounts and done a service just need to get a new VCU then it will all be sorted

It defo sounds like timing to me and to be fair when ever I do a service I start the engine after every part is changed just so when these problems do come up it's easy to pin point
