I use a lad in Bradford that breaks Discos. Often have to remove the bits yourself from his yard and he is extremely reasonable. I bought a really good complete rear axle for 75 quid and a 200tdi thermostat housing assembly for a fiver. PM me if you want his number.

Once you've removed the shock from a Disco rear axle you are left with a pair of cups in the axle casing where the shock was, one either side of the mounting bracket. Are these removable ? I've just removed the shocks from a replacement axle casing and one of the cups is fairly well corroded and...

I just got some 200TDi parts from a good lad breaking Discos in Bradford and promised him I'd post his details on here. Nice thing is he breaks engines as well as sell them complete and if you can get to his yard you can strip your own bits off too. I managed to get a 200TDi crankshaft pulley...
