I will try and sort some photos as it's in storage at the mo.
I understand that the 3.9 Rover V8 was upgraded when fitted to the long wheelbase LSE models . Apparently the 4.2 litre V8 was circa 200HP so it may be one of these and its had a supercharger fitted. I'll try and see if any specific...

That's just the point because rubbish wings on eBay are fetching on occasions stupid prices, you think there must be a market for someone who can fabricate new ones to a good standard and yet sell them for a sensible price and certainly less than the cost of series 3 or outside skins. I guess...

I don't think I have ever seen a template or dimensioned drawing. I think it would be easiest for a fabricator to work from an original panel to ensure the curves and angles of the return lip are folded to achieve the correct fitting and penny gap. This can then be test fitted against the outer...

The back brakes are not dragging just lock up to easy when braking. I had concerns about the master cylinder in case this had been piped in correctly. This checked out okay but it appears that past owner has upgraded master to a later 90 / 110 type with what appears to be a series servo . I...

Was forgetting it seems to have later master cylinder with servo so would need to remove master cylinder to check adjustment of rod unlike early series. Will try and identify master cylinder used as seems different to the ones advertised. The tyres pressures are standard, resistance on shoes is...

Backs were adjusted by locking up then backing off until I get slight resistance when spinning drum. I will double check master cylinder rod adjustment to see if its ok.

I have just completed restoration of late series 3 hardtop . 84 model SWB which had been part restored by someone else. it has twin cylinders on front and servo . It's had new cylinders on the front all shoes recently replaced as the new cylinders had seized up where it has sat so long, all...

Cheers will have a look at that.Someone else mentioned about the requirement for two relays for main and full beam, I thought a triple connection block at the time was a bit to easy. Still , learn a little each day.
