Grrr I hate when that happens. Fault appears out of nowhere then one morning it goes away again for no reason.

Woohoo....got a replacement through from FleaBay and despite my outstanding mechanical skills I managed to replace it in less than 90 minutes. It would have been quicker if I hadn't forgotten the top trim and had to take the door card off again :vb-doh:
