Yes, I know it is possible, I did it years ago in an older model I had, but tried to drive off and could hear rubbing and grinding noises coming from the front tyres, don’t know if it’s cause it’s different sized tyres. (16 inch on older model but I have 18 inches on my newer model.)

Update, 02:50am 13 Dec 2022, finally got home just over 4 hours waiting. Recovery driver had a Range Rover too and went back for his diagnostic kit and reset the codes for me.

Yes, this is a problem with the icarsoft diagnostics, as mine doesn’t have an option to code anything to the car. Any chance of a recommendation of diagnostic tool that can do such a task as coding and calibrating things to the rangie?

I have done the lock to lock hoping that would do, but diagnostics say the angle sensor needs recalibrated to the car, as it is a second hand one I had bought to replace my failed one.

Mine is a 2002 4.4 HSE, I assume it’s a Center prop shaft bearing, as that’s what my searches suggest. I have 2 sets of ramps to lift it up. Came in handy with my husband, said he could get his fat belly under the car. (His words, not mine)
