Ok i solved my problems by myself
I was expecting a good silenblock could turn but after some research now i know thats exactly what its souldn't do.
I found clearance in the two bearing wheels i think thats why it was little friction on the brakes.

I recently bought a 2003 freelander td4 with 240k km.

I use gazoline as it is the cheapest way, it work as well , just need to be carefull with the heatgun lol.
Cutting the top is the best way for sure but i was afraid to destroy the whole unit.
I think im done for a few years but i will buy a proper welding machine and get a little bit practice...
