hi guys, I have purchased a 90 tdci pick up 2010. it has a factory fitted alarm on a fob, but doors lock with keys. I have bought a central locking kit off ebay can I wire this into the alarm so it will work off the alarm fob. cheers mark.

cheers chris, that is what I was suspecting. I can smell the oil burning as im going along, but im going to do a compression test the weekend to make sure cylinders are good.

belt was done 3 yrs ago and tickover is sweet 137000 on the clock. head gasket doubt it, oil clean no white deposits and no pressure in header tank. this is smoke not steam. like I say, it runs smooth until you hit a rev band and smoke appears and it misfires.
