There were many discussions online regarding keeping your VIN and using brand new chassis or body for Defenders.
So answer is yes and no. I remember reading Marsland chassis can hit your VIN from V5 provided.
Haven't found donor yet, would like to get 7 seat body. or do it panel after panel.

The one I have 83' will remain as is. I just need the V5. and keep the VIN cut out of it.
New build one is starting from brand new chassis and all the parts will be from latest model.
Yes I'm aware of how difficult is to complete similar project, but it wont be the first one :D

This is my 1st. Land rover, all the time I was driven by Toyota landcruiser j150.
My defender model is 1983, but I'm trying to rebuild it from scratch.
Idea is to fit M57 6hp or 8hp drivetrain.
