Today I changed the oil and the transmission fluid and started her up.
Adjust the handbrake so it works
Took the drivers side chair to the trimmers to have the leather sewn up but it was going to be the same price as a replacement from the main dealers so I put it back in again.

Over the last four weeks I've replaced the Automatic gearbox and torque converter while all on my drive.
Today I ground a slot in the transmission drain plug and used a hammer and cold chisel to get it out as I had rounded the torx slot. I also ordered new ones.
Tomorrow I will order new brake...

Aha just found out that this box is more commonly referred to as the AWTF-80 and that brings up significantly better options. Found an american supplier with them for £50 singly.

Yeah they're really common. Though I think they are sold as 'the unit' rather than just solenoids. I did hope to find the one solenoid I need and get it for a 50 quid fix. China will send me all eight reconned solenoids for £150 so I think that's possibly the best value so far. But maybe I...

Thanks for the reply.
Its and AWF21 box. Looks like the only options for it is brand new whole unit, recon solenoids from China or a second hand unit.
A good clean and flush is good advice though and I'll do that asap.
