So it ended up being the previous mechanic put the distributor in 180° out, and then proceeded to re wire the batteries to a 12 volt config instead of leaving them in the proper 24 volt config... got it running, set the timing, and it sounded great! But then yesterday it decided to die on me...

So I have a 1993 sisu with a rover v8. I'm not sure the exact engine model number, but it will not start. When the key is turned it kicks over, but no spark, and no fuel... there have been 3 mechanics to look at this vehicle before me and they have not been able to get it running. Distributor...
