3.9 disco missfire on lpg ?

Mine started to do this when the cooling system went south and I discovered a crack in the block. Don't want to panic you that was just my experience, but it meant that the liquid wasn't getting vapourised properly and at one point I had the LPG hoses and vapouriser iced up, mind you that was...

    Breaking RR P38 HSE

Someone may be taking what's left of the car but if not I'll have a look and see if they're any good. The car was converted to springs by the last owner.

    Breaking RR P38 HSE

I'm keeping the alternator with the engine sorry I have attached the pics of the seats and parcel shelf. I did check the front seats before disconnecting the battery and they functioned fine.

    P38 Huddersfield to Tadley

Ha ha, nope mine isn't a tractor. I have seen some people with a tow bar on their bike though. It's ok, it turned up yesterday morning. Found a transport company who brought it down with a JCB load they had to take to Southampton.

    P38 Huddersfield to Tadley

Car has no MOT or TAX so not roadworthy, otherwise I'd be driving it back. Also on my MOTORbike I'd be there in about 2 and half hours ;)

    P38 Huddersfield to Tadley

Hi, Can anyone on here help me out and collect a P38 from near Huddersfield, and deliver down to me? My transport plan has been torpedoed. Obviously there would be an exchange of money for said services if someone can help. Thanks, Jon

    Seeking new V8

Been looking at ms2. Was going to keep the plenum off my 3.9 and have stepper idle control. Can't do that with the ms1

    Seeking new V8

What nonsense? The Megasquirt ECU allows you to run two different maps for fuel and ignition, which seeing as I use LPG will benefit the running of the car. The cost of buying the cam etc. is not far of the cost of a MS ecu. I would rather ditch the distributor, use the GEMS coil packs and...

    Seeking new V8

No, my engine was a 3.9 in my disco, and with a manual box. Going to swop to megasquirt as well, so from what I've read I won't necessarily need a GEMS compatible flywheel as the crank sensing is done from the front pully using the toothed gear.

    Seeking new V8

Right, in the interests of speed and simplicity I have plumped for the Range Rover with the rebuilt 4.6, though I didn't pay full price :) All I need now is a 4.0 V8 manual flywheel. Oh and people to buy all the spare parts :D I would loved to have fitted an American V8 but time and budget...
