The window opens and shuts fine using the inside switch. Just need to find out if I can get the tailgate panel of on the inside with the door not open or how to manually open the door! Key wont do it.

Hey folks, Literally the day after having the clutch replaced my tailgate wont open! Long story short going to try and fix a new handle. However the tailgate wont open at all. Is it possible to remove the trim and get the handle off/on with the door closed? Cheers for all advice. Joe

Cheers for the advice Webley. I'l keep and eye out and if it happens again will persevere and see if it is in limp mode rather than panicking and stopping! Be good to know, although here's hoping it's just a one off!

Hey Bizzie, thanks for the quick reply. Nope no warning lights at all. It felt literally like I was in nuetral. However could feel the gears go in etc. Did your car repeat this or was it just a one off?

Hi all, New landy owner here. Family have always had them but this my first! Have a 2003 Freelander Kalahari TD4. Was driving down a duel carriageway this morning about 60mph when all of a sudden I noticed I lost power, the engine was still running, all the electrics were still working etc...
