Water level ok never uses any clean and with antifreeze rad ok veins clear fan belt ok fan spinning water pump ok? how stiff should the fan go when hot should it lock solid

Can any one tell me what temp the disco runs at ? for the pass 3 years its run between 1/4 and 1/2 way on the temp gauge and over the pass month or so as started to stay on 1/2 or just over and if towing climb higher can anyone offer any advice
