series 3 109 was my first car, sadly I can't drive it regularly because of the ever rising price of fuel, but its a great way to learn to drive, you get a really good grip on gear shifting lol

    Pig go bang!!!!!

Series Stories (last night the series saved my life)

landys might not be the best when the road is good, but when the cars can't hack the water, mud etc they certainly come into their own :D

I have a later series 3, it has a bracket at the rear lower corner of the doorframe already, and a bracket above the shoulder. I have some intertia belts ready to go in, just not sure how the inertia unit sits.

argghhh I wrecked my front diff head

I have a later diff. I am thinking that the part on the right side (with the arrow pointing at it) is stuck inside the diff casing. if that is the cast I have no idea how to remove it, its so firmly wedged that I became convinced it was part of the diff casing LOL

argghhh I wrecked my front diff head

its a metal flange, about 1mm down from the diff housing. had some metal washers, a corrugated spring thing and some leather bits that where broken. so is this what the seal should mate against, or is this stuff supposed to come out? what was left of the old seal was leather
