I'd allow your courier to collect but I think the costs would be prohibitive, the discs weigh a fair bit on their own plus there's the length drag links 🤷‍♂️

I don't think cars over 40 years old are exempt, just put this Jags reg in the ULEZ calculator and it says you have to pay even though its a '73 plate. WWE561L
