Thanks all, linkage fix i will try, spent 2 hours tonight, managed to pull door card away and un plug drivers door actuator then plug it into a spare one i have in hope the fault was with that door. Thought if it was at least i might fire the locks on all other doors but no look. Fuse has now...

Thanks fellas, mines a 2002 td4 auto, so it probably doesn't have one, is that right. All my doors locked the other day and my key doesn't work, never has as the linkage from barrel to actuator is snapped. AA man couldn't even undo the handles from the inside with is big long break in hook...

Hi fellas, more trouble, any ideas appreciate, had a slight wereing noise coming from drive train somewhere for ages but just recently under acceleration the craplander has started drifting to the right and then left under deceleration, VC seems fine, done the usual tests, do need new rear diff...

019? 096 in the freelander if we are talking about the same number?

Got a td4 and just got a new battery, only my new one is rated at 75 ah and slightly smaller than the one I took out which was a 80 ah rating. Will it be ok as I did read somewhere that at an absolute minimum you should get 72ah, cheers.

Got a auto td4 which has just developed a faint wereing noise from some part of the drive train, more prominent when I let of the power, cant really hear it under acceleration, any ideas? Thanks in advance:mad:
