as Hippo said. Stopstart does not work on Autos, only on manual gearbox. Only once with a hired car i had stop start. Switched it off.

Push both mirrors forward. Then you can spray silicon spray into the joint. Don,t use standard WD40. If you work the mirrors a few times with more silicon spray to make sure all is lubricated.

I kept a spreadsheet for my Disco Td5 fuel consumption. Never below half tank usually, fill to brim. Mileage and fuel recorded. Local was about 21/22 mpg but on long runs travelling at 62/65 I could push 30 on occasions but mostly 28 mpg. Lot of money to fill a big tank but after that only...

I would say that the oil level check is urgent. If you are not using the Disco you can wait. If using it ask the garage for an emergency oil level check.
