    Lol I don't do the whole mates with dongles..... It was read in abs and engine with a up to date snap I presumed by the simple calculation that when u put ur foot on the brake lights on, lights off Put it in reverse, light on, light off Tested both over plenty of repetitions Anyway long...

    It's 1.8 petrol k series with a manual gear box. I wouldn't mind I was wondering what the sensor behind acceleratior cause there no reason for it. Its fly by wire and there's no cruise control

    Ok I have a another strange question, if u can see that pic, one is brake switch and other is sensor. I have brake switch in mine but the other sensor hole is empty and what appear to be the sensor that goes into it is behind acceleratior in another hole. Would that be the cause of my hdc...

    Ok iv changed the first gear switch. Brake and reverse switch both work as they should but should I change them anyway? Any recommendations of brand for both? OK so I can leave the cream thermosta in

    So I have a intermittent hdc light on every so often sometimes it will flicker on then off, sometimes stay on and others just won't come on at all. Hdc works as it should flashing and solid in reverse or first and goes thru the motions when used. Question is what components would give the light...

    Car went in for its yearly test (Nct/mot) and passed with flying colors, no major problems. Shocks or mounts/bussions were all fine so is the freelander just wallowy in general? Now to get working on the 4x4 system.

    It dosnt look intimidating at all, have my own little workshop space in shed with appropriate tools, just have to gather all the bits and bobs for job. I'll have to give the post another read for specs again
